  We use UPS for our online small business. The opening of this location in Elyson was a big deal for us, dropping packages had never been easier. That being said, the staff at this location is wonderful. They’re always happy help! Customer service is amazing. Keep up the good work :) Thanks!!

  Isabella at UPS is always such a pleasure to work with. She’s efficient, kind, and never makes you feel rushed. She helped me quickly while still being patient and welcoming. I come in often, and she consistently makes the experience smooth and positive. Truly appreciate her great attitude and professionalism.

  I went into the UPS Store ten minutes before they closed to return 12 items to Amazon at my wife’s request. I was a little frustrated and expected the lady helping me to also be frustrated but she wasn’t. She was very helpful and pleasant!!!!! Truly a 5 star experience!!!!

  I called this location to ask about mailbox rental rates and was told, rather abruptly, to just come into the store. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. I then called another UPS Store a bit farther away and they were friendly, answered my questions, and provided their pricing over the phone without hesitation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be using this location.
