Friendly staff, a clean location, and lots of options. They offer printing, banners, and signs as well. Mia, the manager, is incredible she’s always helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of. The rest of the staff is just as polite and helpful every time I visit

If I could give zero stars I would.
I just walked in about 20 minutes ago,
And the girl asked for a return slip I said oh I have a QR return Code and she says oh we won’t take QR Codes and points to the sign on the desk, I honestly did not see the sign until she pointed at it. I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t see your sign, I made a face like I genuinely felt bad I didn’t see it.
I said okay thank you. All she had to say was that’s okay sorry and have a nice day, no she decides to say in a very snarky and condescending tone - well it’s not just here on the desk there is also a sign on the front door saying it and she hand gestured it like she was annoyed. I was taken back by her attitude for a moment, I said oh okay I didn’t see that either and this is the first package drop off place that told me they don’t take QR Codes I didn’t know. And I turned around walked out. Just sucks it seems like now a days anywhere you go this generation of young people give the worst customer service and make rude comments and don’t know how to just be professional they always have to throw in an attitude and project onto others. To the girl who works there do better.

I walked in today to return a package and the staff onsite told me I need to learn to read the signs on the door as they don’t accept QR Codes. Please improve your customer service skills.
