- JJJohn JohnsonFeb 18, 20261.0Walked into the lobby and was greeted with "What's up". That's how I talk to my friends not someone I am supposed to be helping and serving. Staff definitely needs training on how to be professional and how to talk to the public. Also, what's the point of having surveys for customer to fill out, if the staff is trained to skip through everything on the credit card reader and put a smiley face on the feedback? Isn't that for us to choose or is the staff filling out feedback on the public? Please do better. People have been complaining for years. Either do better or please shut this place down.
