I just had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Silas. I just had ONE document for him to notarize and he was rude the whole time I was there. It’s like I was being an inconvenience to him. If you can’t get along with customers, maybe don’t have a customer service job where you make others feel uncomfortable. This took place November 9, 2025. Please do something about this if this has happened more than once.

The customer service was outstanding! The manager went out of her way to help with a long distance shipping that was very involved. I could not have accomplished this without the effort she put forth. Thank you Becca!!

I went in to get something printed documents that was emailed to the store Jonathan was very short and rude printed all documents instead of what I asked for and said we still have to charge you! This was very inconsiderate and a waste of time horrible customer service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JONATHAN!

I am writing to formally complain about an unpleasant experience I had at your store with an employee named Silas. I arrived five minutes before closing, and instead of receiving assistance, I encountered rudeness and unprofessional behavior.
Upon entering, I explained that I had a few return boxes but had forgotten to print one label. I kindly requested the email address to send the label, only to be met with a dismissive response from Silas, who informed me that it was too late and that I would need to return tomorrow.
I have never experienced such discourteous service from UPS before, and it was disappointing to be treated in this manner. I believe it is essential for management to address customer service training to prevent similar incidents in the future. I look forward to hearing how you plan to improve customer service at your location.

Will give a Zero but there ain't any two girl helping one hispanic guy i said hello but she was too busy talking spanish to the guy and I alway ship packages there at frisco location they don't even charge me sometime for a print out and here 1 sheet of paper print was $3.44 like what the hell I also realized this location also upcharge me i did same package at the frisco location an it was cheaper so I will not be using this location anymore maybe she would of been more nice if i had said hola. employee 354873.
