The employees are the only reason this store gets a 3, otherwise it would be a 0. They are the best thing about this place! They all have a great attitude in spite of being overwork. Other than that, this store needs help. The store itself is too small. No parking. No room for people to stand or walk especially when the mail comes in. The automated return is all backed up, with packages falling all over the place. Anyone could have walked out with all of them, and it wouldn't be the employees fault. Thats on UPS! Really long wait times after 3pm! The time of year doesnt even matter! Employees have lines literally right up to or out the door and no time to be dealing with the packages! These corporations make so much money but they care nothing about the employees or the customers! If these were my employees I would treat them a whole lot better!

I have been to this location a few times and honestly,it's always been lacking. It's usually severely understaffed to the point that it would be better to hand deliver the package yourself, or go back in time and use the pony express. Frankly, their policy on printing labels is unbelievable. They charge $3.44 to do so, even though you have already paid for shipping which should therefore include one piece of paper. I have also had other locations, UPS and Fed ex alike, print the labels at no charge so either this is a this location thing or it's not upheld consistently. If it is from corporate, then ups should be ashamed. That is exorbitant and I will think twice before using their delivery service to ship. I can definitely understand a fee of maybe a quarter, fifty cents AT THE MOST. But $3.44? It's basically highway robbery.
I added one star because at least the line wasn't out the door like every other time.

I just had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Silas. I just had ONE document for him to notarize and he was rude the whole time I was there. It’s like I was being an inconvenience to him. If you can’t get along with customers, maybe don’t have a customer service job where you make others feel uncomfortable. This took place November 9, 2025. Please do something about this if this has happened more than once.

The customer service was outstanding! The manager went out of her way to help with a long distance shipping that was very involved. I could not have accomplished this without the effort she put forth. Thank you Becca!!
