- LWL WNov 21, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU HAVE TIME SENSITIVE INFORMATION! Another inept government agency, especially the workers. All of them act perturbed that a customer actually exists in the lobby. They offer little assistance when a customer struggles with package requirements. Crosby Post Office Motto “why are you here”. Another customer needed fingerprinting. Previous worker was too inept to log out of the computer. Current worker was too inept to log in. Then, it said low battery and she was incapable of troubleshooting. Her solution was, “I don’t know, it’s not working”. What happened to people taking pride in their jobs? Smiling? Anything? TOTALLY USELESS.
- RRRickSep 26, 20251.0I have had to file two complaints with this location because they repeatedly lie about not being able to deliver my package. They'll put things like "gate code needed" when I dont have a gate, or "no one was home" when the package did not require a signature and there was in fact half a dozen people home. They then expect me to come down to the postal office for no reason, or deal with the very frustrating automated call system to request a redelivery, which took ages.
