    My packages are consistently delivered to the wrong mailboxes while I receive my neighbors packages. Does the driver on route not know how to read? This has been unbelievably frustrating for everyone involved

    Dear Crandall postal service, I would have picked up my package if I was given the opportunity. Now the package is being returned for the sender to resend it. It’s uncalled for. After reading the reviews, I understand why my package was returned to sender.

    Says package is delivered, never received it ! I’ve been calling for two days & they won’t let me start a claim yet. I literally HATE USPS!! Use ANYONE but them! FEXDEX, UPS ANYONE!

    If I can give a negative 5 I would. How are yall allowed to play with the mail like this. Wrong packages, broken keys, and telling people you shipped their overseas items to the "recovery center" to disguise theft is wild! I pray someone with compassion overhaul Crandall's post office. This is so heart breaking to have so many misplaced and undelivered items.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. How many complaints will it take before USPS steps in and does something about the mail carriers inaccurately marking package updates. It is a regular occurance for me to get a notification that a package was "delivered," and then not actually receive it for 1-2 days after (if I'm lucky). The last time I got ahold of the post office, whoever answered the phone actually admitted to them doing that so it doesn't appear to the sender that it was delivered late. This morning, a package was marked as "delivery attempted, but mailbox was full." Which is completely false, as I check my mail daily. Changes need to happen, this has been a problem since I've moved here. It's lazy and unacceptable, especially as we get closer to the holiday season.
