Wrong packages, broken keys, and telling people you shipped their overseas items to the "recovery center" to disguise theft is wild! I pray someone with compassion overhaul Crandall's post office. This is so heart breaking to have so many misplaced and undelivered items.

How many complaints will it take before USPS steps in and does something about the mail carriers inaccurately marking package updates. It is a regular occurance for me to get a notification that a package was "delivered," and then not actually receive it for 1-2 days after (if I'm lucky). The last time I got ahold of the post office, whoever answered the phone actually admitted to them doing that so it doesn't appear to the sender that it was delivered late. This morning, a package was marked as "delivery attempted, but mailbox was full." Which is completely false, as I check my mail daily. Changes need to happen, this has been a problem since I've moved here. It's lazy and unacceptable, especially as we get closer to the holiday season.
