Went in May and went again in June after no update. Still in August haven’t received anything all or even any update. Called customer service to get a case started .

Genuinely enjoy stopping by! Whenever I need to ship something that isn’t via a prepaid label they always give me their cheapest and most reliable rate! The rural mail carriers sometimes make mistakes when they’re new to the route but it gets worked out after a while. It’s a small town so you can just tell them and they’ll fix it.
