- MMMark MorkovskyDec 24, 20251.0Packages were supposed to arrive December 18th but never did. Redelivery was promised for December 22nd but nothing appeared. Today is December 24th so I guess the incompetence of this Postal Service will cause disappointed grandchildren at Christmas time tomorrow! Update early 12/24: Ryan called, promised delivery of my package(s) later that same day! However, today is 12/25 and NO PACKAGES EVER ARRIVED... If USA citizens could vote on whether the USPS should continue to exist or not, it would be shut down overnight!

Went in May and went again in June after no update. Still in August haven’t received anything all or even any update. Called customer service to get a case started .
