Missed a delivery due to nobody being there to sign for it, and had to schedule a redelivery the following day. Took off work for it and no one ever showed up. Called multiple times the following day and no one ever picked up the damn phone. Had to call the office on weber to speak to an actual human being and not an automated message. I wouldn't be so upset if the package i was waiting on wasnt paid for expedited shipping and wasnt over $100. This post office is absolute trash

WORST POST OFFICE IN CORPUS! Crystal KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM! She believes customers are a nuisance and she raises her voice loud thinking customers will bow to her. They close early for lunch & return late most times.
MAIN USPS - PLEASE GET A NICE, PROFESSIONAL PERSON IN THAT PLACE. SHE'S BEEN THERE TOO LONG AND NO LONGER CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS! WE ARE A BOTHER TO HER!

Stopped in at 11:35, counter was shut down till 1:00 for lunch. I wish my lunch time was that long. Did it ever occur to anyone working here that people use lunch time to run errands like for example going to the post office. The entire post office takes lunch at the same time so you can't keep the counter open? Stuff like this is why the post office had a net loss of almost $5 billion dollars last year. Instead of shipping the packages with usps, I'm going to go to FedEx or UPS becsuse I know they will be open.
