- MCM CAug 16, 20251.0Stonewall Station management needs to plan and schedule enough manpower to open a second window on Saturdays. That one guy who’s trying to move the line by himself shouldn't have to the carry the entire station. Also, because he's the only person working customer service at the window, he constantly has to apologize to customers for his leadership's lack of aptitude to manage the schedule well enough to properly staff the face of the station. If I owned a service oriented business I would hire every customer service person (all 5-stars) who works at Stonewall Station except for the management. The subordinates represent the organization like professionals, even when they get harassed and bear the brunt of customer's displeasure. This manager apparently doesn't care about the station or its employees and should be removed and be replaced with a competent person.
