My being a paying customer but she is rude and put out! I mailed a package from this station 10 days ago when told it would arrive in 3/5 days ago. She rudely said "I guess its delayed!"

The "lady" that works at the passport office doesn't arrive until 11:30 and takes a lunch break from 12:30-1:30. What is the point of making an appointment? I'm unsatisfied with this office and the employees lack of professionalism. This office is a terrible representation of a United States Postal service.
