He was extremely rude, pompous, short-tempered, and obviously very frustrated with having to deal with people as part of his job. If I were to treat people the way he does, I would have been fired a long time ago. What he fails to realize is that even though he may see the same mistakes time and time again, the people he is serving are often new to the entire process, thus mistakes are inevitable. Instead of being helpful, he is quick to belittle. Had we known dealing with him was going to be as stressful as it was, we would have made the drive to Portland or Ingleside. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint and strongly advise everyone to make the drive to another facility.
