I have had to pay late fees on bills that I never received! I have called the FBPO multiple times about this issue, but the misdirected mail continues! Frustrating and costly!

Had to call usps and ask if they offer priority express1-3 days starting at $31 at all locations and they said yes. Went back inside with the rep on the phone to confirm i was correct. I was then finally offered 1-3 days priority express shipping starting at $31. Really big stresser for a pregnant women :/
