  The customer service was extremely poor from the employee Renee. I asked a simple question about printing, and instead of being helpful, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. I was quoted $7 and told, “It’s not free — it takes time.” In front of other customers. The issue wasn’t the price — it was the attitude. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel like an inconvenience for asking a basic question. I gladly took my business to Office Depot where I was met with a smile and everything I needed was done!

  Horrible customer experience. A misaddressed package was dropped off at our empty house. Company that sent it said to return to fedex. Store employees refused to accept or return to sender. Told us to take it home and throw it away. They refused to throw it away for us. We dumped it in their garbage can on the way out. Not very nice.

  Went in to print out papers for school and it was my very first time going into a fedex office. Walked up to the first worker I saw who was doing something on a computer and just explained to her that I was just needing to print out some papers from my files. She looked at me crazy as if I was impolite for just walking up to her and asking a question. She said “one moment ma’am I’m working on something right now”. I stepped aside and waited for a minute until another employee helped me and directed me to the self service printers. The self service printing area was actually very easy to use which was great. While the initial customer service was disappointing, I did appreciate how quick and easy the self-service printing process was.

  Rene and Selena helped me create beautiful prints of invitations. Prompt service, expertise on what they do and had great advice. Would have never guessed we could use fedex for printing services, highly recommend!
