Some of the lowest-energy and least helpful service I’ve dealt with. On top of that, the delivery delays are constant. I’ve lived here for three years and can count maybe one package that actually arrived within its delivery window and I live right in town. What makes it worse is they won’t even let you pick up your own packages to avoid their shortcomings. Lost, misplaced, and undelivered mail is just the beginning of the headache with this place.

Every time I have a package pickup request they never pick it up on time, they wait a day later to pick it up and it is annoying. They always blame the holidays or short staffed. Heard them all.

Called to report and the automated system is a headache. Finally spoke to someone and was just placated the whole time. No resolution. Seriously doubt this will even do any good. $17 for a letter and yall can’t even do your job. I need a refund.
