Every time I have a package pickup request they never pick it up on time, they wait a day later to pick it up and it is annoying. They always blame the holidays or short staffed. Heard them all.

Called to report and the automated system is a headache. Finally spoke to someone and was just placated the whole time. No resolution. Seriously doubt this will even do any good. $17 for a letter and yall can’t even do your job. I need a refund.

I then received an email, claiming that I requested it not to be delivered to my home!!!! That never happened!! I am disabled and would not do that!!! It was a lie!!!! I was sitting outside when the carrier came uo my street @approx. 715pm. They never stopped at my house!!!!!
