Every time i go inside the morning shift is very helpful. Now let’s talk about “ night shift “ the mad ladies. I pulled up at 6:27 , a lady was actually “ taking her precious time to assist me “. Then a Chinese/ Vietnamese comes to “ assist me “. Ask “ what are you here to do “ i tell her “ equipment return “ and she pauses and looks at the clock saying “ we close at 6:30”. Sooooooo me standing inside 3 minutes prior was the reason you couldn’t do a return ?? Both ladies really did not want to help me for WHATEVER REASON ( which it’s described in their job description ). But I’ll drive to Killeen before i come back in there. Fire the night shift and hire ppl that are WILLING to help. 1/6/25 i come inside to talk to the manager & here comes KENYA COMING FROM THE BACK YELLING “ IT WAS ME I WAS HERE”

I weighed and measured my package, checked the pricing on UPS’s website, and it showed the cost should be about $19.00. When I went to this store, they charged me $32.00 for the same package. I then went to the UPS location in Killeen, and sure enough, it was $19.00—just as quoted online. I later found out that the Cove UPS store adds extra charges after Thanksgiving, resulting in significantly higher prices. Do yourself a favor and use another location unless you’re okay with paying inflated prices set by the owner.
