  I really have a bad experience with the other ladies that work at this store but today Michelle was very patient and made sure I was happy when I left. Best one there!

  I’ll say the MORNING/ Day Crew with the black Man & Lady they are VERY VERY Helpful, friendly and willing to assist . Every time i go inside the morning shift is very helpful. Now let’s talk about “ night shift “ the mad ladies. I pulled up at 6:27 , a lady was actually “ taking her precious time to assist me “. Then a Chinese/ Vietnamese comes to “ assist me “. Ask “ what are you here to do “ i tell her “ equipment return “ and she pauses and looks at the clock saying “ we close at 6:30”. Sooooooo me standing inside 3 minutes prior was the reason you couldn’t do a return ?? Both ladies really did not want to help me for WHATEVER REASON ( which it’s described in their job description ). But I’ll drive to Killeen before i come back in there. Fire the night shift and hire ppl that are WILLING to help. 1/6/25 i come inside to talk to the manager & here comes KENYA COMING FROM THE BACK YELLING “ IT WAS ME I WAS HERE”

  Employees are very reluctant to do their jobs, and always have an attitude. I can't remember the last time I went in there and had a pleasant experience. I sit on amazon returns for as long as possible because I dread going into this location.
