I was there last week, early in the morning, and there was only 1 person at the front, when the waiting line was all the way up to the entrance. This lady called for help several times. It was way past 5 minutes before another lady also with bad attitude came to "help". Zero professionalism. You shouldn't be in customer service anywhere, if you don't like to treat people with respect. It is that simple!

The black lady on the left counter is pretty new and she wanted to charge me $7 for an empty plastic bag even when I already have the QR code for the return service. Alice was too busy but she helped to explain that lady and helped me to make the transaction very smooth. 5 stars for Alice Tran.

- JZJetzir ZapataFeb 6, 20261.0La atención del servicio es pésima, me atendió una señora asiática y su actitud fue despota, fui sacar el pasaporte de mi bebé le dije que mi inglés no era bueno, que no entendía lo que me decía del todo y simplemente recibí una actitud grosera, no podía sacar los papeles de la carpeta tenía a mi bebé en brazos traté de apoyarme colocando a mi bebé de un lado de la mesa, y la señora con actitud grosera me dijo que no la podía colocar allí, sin siquiera ayudarme.
