Avoid this place at all costs! The employees are awful and should be ashamed of themselves. How can you treat others so poorly! The long lines tell the story. Impolite and inefficient. I'm going to Irving from now on.

Wow! The rumors and reviews are true! The Asian employee at the front is very demeaning, rude, and lacks customer service when it comes to assisting people. She doesn't take the time to calmly explain why certain things can't be shipping in a specific packaging. She automatically says NO. You need to inform people as to what is allowed with first-class mail and packaging mail. You can't assume everyone knows the processes of shipping. I mentioned that she was the Asian employee. She's the only employee up there most of the time working. Not to discriminate or anything, but you can't miss her. I'm Asian-American myself and I'm embarrassed that these rude individuals are representing the Asian ethnic group in this great City of Coppell. VERY EMBARRASSED!!!!

If I can give a 0 I would. I paid for first class mail and they lost it. I only found out 2 weeks later because the recipient contacted me saying they never received the mail. When I talked to the staff, he told me that best I can do is pray that it'll show up.

Absolutely worst post office experience ever. Tall African American employee refused to help me as I was next in line and took the person behind with me. The person behind me told him he was first and I have more boxes to bring in and he refused. When I said that's not fair, he said I would help him since he has alot of items and when I only needed a certified letter. Several people came up to me afterwards and said they saw what happened and wanted me to report it so he could be fired. He refused to let me speak to a manager of course and just reported it to the national office. No wonder your overall rating is one star, just horrible

I am extremely disappointed as when I walked inside the post with my 2 packages to be mailed off, I am immediately greeted by Maria. There was no one in line; therefore, she saw me as soon as I walked in followed by “May I help you or I can help you right here.” She asked had I already paid for the envelope which I bought from a different post about 2 years ago. It was one that I had started to use but I ended up not using it. It had part of my address written on it already, and I still didn’t complete my address on it because it was a paid shipment. The envelope was already packed, sealed, and ready to go. Maria, why on earth would you ask me that stupid question if you saw me walk in with the package already filled, sealed, and ready for QR code paid shipment delivery. When did I have time to prepare the package inside if I just walked in and was immediately helped by you or had you seen me come inside before that already, did you see me take the envelope outside to pack it up without paying for it, did you see me twice?… No ma’am, you did not but you had the audacity to ask me have I paid for the item yet, how dare you? You might want to use your brain a little bit. It is easy enough for you to pay attention to everyone who is going in and out because there was not a single person in line. Use your brain before you decide to question someone, almost as to accuse them.
