Let me tell you, Finn and the entire team are remarkable. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, approachable, and always upfront about any additional fees or services. One small suggestion: during the winter months, it would be wonderful to have coffee available for customers, especially since many of us spend hours here. And when there’s a long line in the afternoon, I notice people glance at the snack area but rarely grab anything—maybe a small customer refreshment station would make it even better! Thank you, team, for always providing wonderful customer service and being such a pleasure to work with on all my business and personal projects.

This was the only time I was able to stop in to send multiple urgent packages, even though it was barely 10 minutes before closing. I hate doing that to employees, especially mailing services because they deal with so much already. Today, Marcus assisted me not only quickly but so courteously. He had every right to be irritated and short with me. But not only was he very friendly, but extremely efficient. 12/10 service!
