I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at the complete lack of professionalism and basic business sense displayed by this company. I ordered a Tesla toy truck for my son, but the delivery process has been an absolute nightmare. Despite speaking several times with both the manager and the customer service team to find a solution, the level of service remains bottom-tier. Because I am a doctor working in an outpatient clinic, I cannot simply abandon my patients to take a day off for a delivery, yet this company stubbornly refuses to deliver outside of their rigid Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM window.
In an attempt to cooperate, I followed the manager's suggestion to open my garage door remotely so the driver could securely drop off the package while I was at work. However, the driver, Daniel Hernandez, proved to be an incredibly difficult and dismissive individual; he refused to listen to my instructions or follow the agreed-upon plan and simply drove away. It is baffling that a company would expect a healthcare professional to sacrifice a day of work for a toy delivery while their own staff ignores management’s directions. They have shown zero empathy, zero flexibility, and zero competence. If you have a career and cannot sit at home all day waiting on a driver who refuses to communicate, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I bought an elliptical at Dicks Sporting Goods Nov. 28. Delivery and assemble was schedule for Dec. 5. The deliver people were great, however, there was missing parts so assembly was not possible. Parts have been delivered to me, however, they have not rescheduled the assembly. I have called multiply times and they keep saying they will call me back and never do. Going on 5 weeks of my elliptical sitting in parts at my house.

AIT World Logistics – terrible check-in process and disrespectful treatment of drivers.
Drivers are forced to stand in a fenced “cage” and wait until someone calls their name. This is humiliating and completely unprofessional. Why not simply take drivers’ phone numbers and call or text them when a dock is available? Instead, drivers are made to wait for hours with no updates, no communication, and no respect for their time. This is one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve seen in logistics.

Extremely rude delivery personnel. Arrived more than an hour before the delivery timeslot. Rude over the phone. Basically blocked my driveway from one hour before the delivery time slot, made multiple calls more than an hour before delivery time slot to let us know they were outside our door (blocking our driveway), and the driver was annoyed that I was not able to allow them to deliver more than an hour before the appointed timeslot. The truck is a generic white truck with no markings or signs to say what it is. They did not get me to sign off on the delivery slip, and did not provide me a copy of it. He entered the delivery time as 9 AM on the delivery slip, but they delivered it at 8:30 and had been outside my door since 7:45 blocking my driveway. One of them even threatened me over the phone saying he will leave if I’m not going to allow him to deliver. This was a Costco order. I would never order again from Costco if this is the third-party carrier that they are going to contract with. Costco customer service was nice about it. But AIT Customer Service kept transferring me from person to person and department to department, and eventually left me with no resolution. I was told that the department that handles the deliveries is called DFW Cartage. Absolutely terrible. I would give it less than 1 star if possible.
There is nothing nice I can say about this entire experience unfortunately. I have names and pics but would rather not post those.
