  They don’t even deserve 0 star. Rude bad management with bad leadership and bad behavior. Won’t recommend any drivers . No restroom at all , drivers make sure come to this facility use restroom before to get here

  Was replacing a Lifetime basketball goal's backboard and this was the group I was told was the approved installation company in Dallas. They didn't complete job, were very bad communication during scheduling, and were very delayed in responding after the payment was issued. It is a shame that some OEMs utilize this group for their installations. Lifetime did all they could to make it right on their end, but I HIGHLY recommend sourcing another installation company to handle your job.

  I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at the complete lack of professionalism and basic business sense displayed by this company. I ordered a Tesla toy truck for my son, but the delivery process has been an absolute nightmare. Despite speaking several times with both the manager and the customer service team to find a solution, the level of service remains bottom-tier. Because I am a doctor working in an outpatient clinic, I cannot simply abandon my patients to take a day off for a delivery, yet this company stubbornly refuses to deliver outside of their rigid Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM window. In an attempt to cooperate, I followed the manager's suggestion to open my garage door remotely so the driver could securely drop off the package while I was at work. However, the driver, Daniel Hernandez, proved to be an incredibly difficult and dismissive individual; he refused to listen to my instructions or follow the agreed-upon plan and simply drove away. It is baffling that a company would expect a healthcare professional to sacrifice a day of work for a toy delivery while their own staff ignores management’s directions. They have shown zero empathy, zero flexibility, and zero competence. If you have a career and cannot sit at home all day waiting on a driver who refuses to communicate, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
