    The person who attended (Monday AM) me was not friendly at all, I didn't hear something he asked me and I asked him to repeat, and he just stared at me for a long time like I was stupid and finally repeated the phrase. That's very poor customer service, and let me tell you, your job is to serve people I'm so sorry.

    Poor Customer Service. There are chairs provided for walk-In passport assignments yet the seemingly overwhelmed clerk rudely told patrons to wait outside. Either remove chairs or be polite to patrons.

    I have now, for the 4th time this year, received a notice for "missed delivery" on certified mail IN MY MAILBOX instead of at my door. The frustrating part: they've never made an attempt to deliver at my door to get a signature!!! I'm retired, I stay at home 90% of the time. Each and EVERY time that I receive these notices, no attempt was made to get my signature. The delivery workers just take the note, which I guarantee they fill out ahead of time, and place it in our mailbox. This time, however, they didn't even leave it in on the date they claim they tried! We got the pink slip on the day that the certified mail was available for pickup, but they dated the "attempt" as 2 days prior! This place is absolute garbage, there is no accountability whatsoever. The person I keep getting told is in charge, Gabriel, does nothing to fix issues with his drivers. This area is only growing larger, and they had better figure out how to do their jobs sooner than later!

    This place has been recieving my mail, holding it then sending it back to the sender. No attempt to deliver my mail has been made since i moved 4 minutes away. I have been living around the corner for over a month and nothing has been done. Going in the office has been a breeze but somehow theyre getting my mail and not sending it out.
