    I won't go into too much detail. I'll just say that we had a problem with a shipment, so I went to the office and Danny helped me. He listened to me, spoke to his supervisor on my behalf, and explained that there wasn't much he could do at that point, but he promised to call me back in the afternoon. And he did; he called and resolved the issue with our shipment, which then arrived at its destination. Thank you Danny!

    Terrible service. Had to wait a week for my keys to my mailbox, then they don't work. I turned the keys back in, the lady said she can't get me any information on how long it will take to get keys that actually work. Went back in to see if there was in mail being held as things are being delivered but I can't get into the mailbox. The guy said nothing is here for me. I asked how long will the mail sit in my mailbox before coming back here, he said he has no idea, they have to see whats going on with the mailbox first. That should not make a difference. So I have important things I need just sitting in my mailbox that I have no access to and no body can get me my mail or tell me how long it is going to take. Extremely unhelpful and nothing but rudeness and a lack of caring.

    A kind lady found my expensive package left on top of the communal mailbox. She informed me of the mailman leaving it behind after acting upset. She tried delivering to me personally for weeks until I was home. God bless the good people of this community. She let me know she left a review. And voila, that is my package in the picture. I went through all the reviews and have noticed a consistency. Incompetent people are in charge of very important stuff and failing. By the way, I went to the post office to figure out what happened to my mail. The mailman for this route feigned ignorance. Absolutely nothing bad happens to them. Complaining on here is not going to help either.

    I was behind the mailman when he was delivering everything. Went to grab my mail immediately after he was done. I saw him place this box on the top of the community mailbox before he left. So I went to check it out. Sure feel bad for everyone living on his route. He deliberately left this on the top of the mailbox to be stolen. Countless problems for years. But seeing this the other day really took the cake. You can't even put in a formal complaint because their system won't let it go through. Every time I went through the process, it would shoot an error at the very end. Telling me to just close it and start over. Repeatedly failing to send.
