    I have only be n in the United States for 3 months and have found everyone in Texas so police and kind until today. The bearded man in the converse post office was disinterested, rude, unkind and lazy. I will actually be surprised if my expensive and package to my family in Australia arrives. He couldn’t be bothered taping it up properly and it’s hardly secure. I will never go back there again. The other staff seemed nice and friendly and I did notice that the seemed shocked by his behaviour to customers.

    The employees always seem miserable and unfriendly. Lines are always long. The drive up collection box outside is always full as if they don't get the mail at the times stated. Defeats the purpose of having the convenience of a drive up collection box when you need to go inside to assure your mail goes out when it should.

    This post office delivery driver’s are such liars, I’ve been waiting all day for a package but didn’t receive anything; I got my mail but no package. The driver left a note saying that he attempted to deliver the package but no one answered or was there. I have security footage that shows that the driver didn’t even drive up my driveway to try to deliver the package, so now I have to drive to the post office to pickup my package because he or she was were to lazy to do their job. I can’t stand people who lie, especially Government workers who get paid top dollar.

    This post office does not deliver mail appropriately, nor do they deliver certified mail appropriately. The run around provided about, "well, our boxes weren't put in correctly when your neighborhood was established" is a sorry excuse for three years later. When a patron requests for a redelivery of a certified letter for the next business day, how long should it take for that certified piece of mail to be redelivered? Your office has had mine for over a week sonce redelivery request was made along with a confirmation number. Also tried to contact you multiple times. Not working. What's going on Converse Post Office? - prescription medicine delivered via neighbors who received my PRESCRIPTION MEDS, obviously these were delivered to wrong address. - mail consistently received for addresses which are not mine. - Packages delivered by USPS to my home which do not match my street name nor address. - re-occurring errors on delivery and handling of certified mail. - person came to door 'notifications' are left inside the mailbox, not posted at or near my home. I didnt have this much struggle getting mail delivered when I Served in the Marine Corps Overseas!!!! What is going on? I've left feedback, requested to be reached out to, communicated via my usps account & spoken to the manager in person on multiple occassions. How will these issues of poor service be remedied?
