  Rachael was super amazing and helped me with my work equipment that I needed to return. She was very sweet and helpful and I wanted to bring some recognition to that. Nice people are hard to come by now.

  I recently tried to return a lawnmower, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The first time I brought it in, a worker named Rachel said it smelled like gas and wouldn’t ship it. She told me that if I cleaned it out completely and removed the smell, they would accept the return. I went home, thoroughly cleaned the entire machine(inside and out) and came back. As soon as I arrived, Rachel immediately refused the return, saying she “knew there was gas in it,” even though there was no smell at all. When I reminded her of what she told me earlier, she still refused without even properly checking it. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or just didn’t want to deal with it, but the customer service was terrible. She couldn’t multitask and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. This store really needs to hire people who are better trained and willing to assist customers.
