Worst post office ever, literally have lived in more populated cities and got my stuff on time. This is probably the 4th time I've had a package out for delivery at 7am and it has not been delievered until the following day or even a couple of days later. What a joke of a delivery drivers.

This is the most mismanaged post office I have ever been to. Never enough employees and always a line out the door. With a service window, passport service, and mail service, 2 employees working is never enough and visits take for too long. In a bright note, the general staff are friendly once you finally get to them.

I imagine this place being a type of punishment for sinners in a modern retelling of Inferno by Dante.

Before I say anything, I want to note that there are definitely people who work there who are super nice, friendly, and positive. It’s unfortunate that most of us tend to leave reviews only when the experience isn’t great.
I went in today, November 10th, 2025, between 8:15 and 8:20 AM. There was only one clerk — a tall, bald Black man, slim to medium build. The woman in front of me seemed to know him. They were both super friendly with each other, chatting and laughing. I overheard him mention that he wasn’t even supposed to be working that day, and they continued their friendly exchange.
But when it was my turn, the energy shifted completely. I greeted him politely and said I just needed to drop something off. He took my package, scanned it, and didn’t say a word. It wasn’t about him needing to have a conversation — it was just the vibe. He went from cheerful and talkative to completely flat and indifferent in a split second. He barely said “thank you,” handed me the receipt, looked over to the next person, and that was it.
It left me wondering — was he making it known to everyone that he didn’t even want to be there? Because honestly, we don’t care if he’s not supposed to work that day — we all have things we’d rather not be doing sometimes. Funny enough, while I was waiting in line, I had a thought: is this grown man really letting everyone know he doesn’t want to be here? Maybe he didn’t realize it consciously, but subconsciously it showed.
Then I caught myself thinking, no, he’s just having a normal conversation, stop overthinking it (which he really was) Either way, the vibe was off enough to make me write this review. Just be consistent — treat everyone the same. Maybe moods change throughout the day, but not in a split second like that. It came across as disingenuous.
Hope he’s not there next time I go. But like always I can always shift the atmosphere. 🤷🏻♀️
By the way, there’s an older Mexican lady with gray hair who’s always super, super, super sweet. Her personality never changes — every single time I go there, she’s just so simple, kind, and very helpful. She takes her time with you, not to the point of holding up the line, but enough to make sure each person is actually helped.
There’s also another Black gentleman, a little shorter than the one I mentioned earlier, who has great customer service. I believe he was in the Navy. He’s just normal — his whole vibe is calm, respectful, and professional, completely different from the experience I had today.

I scheduled a package for pick up this week, it was marked as picked up yet it was not. As well, it’s incredibly frustrating to come in with your packages and have the parcel box be blocked to where you can’t put the boxes in.
