  REVIEW: 0/5 STARS - ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I am beyond livid with the Conroe Post Office. If I could give zero stars, I would. Today, my neighbor, who thankfully an honest, decent human being: walked over to hand-deliver my PASSPORT. It turns out this incredibly sensitive, personal document has been sitting at their house for days because the carrier couldn't be bothered to look at a house number. Let’s be very clear about what’s at stake here: • Identity Theft: A passport contains my full name, DOB, and SSN details. By shoving it into the wrong box, the USPS literally handed my identity to a stranger. • Financial Loss: We all know passports aren't free. After a name change due to marriage and an address change, the fees are even higher. If my neighbor hadn't been kind enough to bring it over, I’d be out hundreds of dollars and months of time. • Zero Accountability: I understand the USPS doesn't control the shipping status updates, but you DO control the final six inches of the delivery. Your ONE JOB is to put the mail in the correct box. Had this landed in the trash or in the hands of someone less honest, I would be dealing with a total nightmare right now. This is gross negligence, plain and simple. Do better, Conroe Post Office. Do better. Our privacy and security shouldn't depend on the "luck" of having good neighbors to fix your constant mistakes.

  If there was a minus 100 I’d choose that. The worst USPS is at Conroe Texas post office they are a joke. Even the one at cut n Shoot is a joke, they are only open until 2 pm it’s an obvious gravy job with someone who has tenure! Even then they have a limited amount of duties and only except cash. I’ve called to Complain and have even gone in person and via website, 🤣🤣what a shame.. It doesn’t matter how you contact them because even then nothing gets done. In fact our post office carrier knows that nothing can be done to correct his incompetence and his inability to do his job correctly….. We have videos of his behavior. I’ve spoken to him on a number of times, he believes that people who pay his salary like tax payers and even telemarketers don’t matter. Maybe next time I’ll call the telemarketers that support USPS and tell them that he’s just throwing stuff away and not delivering it because it’s not important but especially because he’s lazy.

  Waited over an hour with a long line of people to try and find out what happen to my package, only to be told they didn't know where it was. I also scheduled a redelivery of the package and of course did not arrive. USPS has never been the best but I would say its almost total broken and completely behind the times, will not ever trust them with package deliver again.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Walked in for my appointment was there 30 min early. My appointment time came and I was still waiting it was 11:20 I asked how much longer, the guy said he was coming. Finally came and was rude. Said he was the manager I simply said ok bc is you being the manager supposed to make something better? The just need better management everyone was rude and not helpful at all.

  If I could write it no stars I would. This is the worst, understaffed, slowest, and inefficient post office I have ever been in. If This Were a private Enterprise it would already be bankrupt and out of business. This location is in severe need of New Management. Some post office locations are much more pleasant with cheerful employees who strive to be efficient will they focus on customer service. That is definitely not the case for this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
