The owner of this place is the greediest guy on the planet. I did not print my return label for my Amazon return. They wanted $3.25 to print out a label. Avoid this place.

Front desk girl Brooke is incompetent. Told her I had an eBay return and had the UPS label information that eBay gave me to get printed. She said it had to be emailed so they could print it, I thought I was getting a standard UPS adhesive shipping label like Amazon to be printed as I don't have that kind of printer. So I was confused about the process and why I had to pay $3.65 for a UPS shipping label. Brooke gave me the wrong UPS email to send the info to for printing and I waited several minutes while she helped other customers for the email to arrive in their computer. She asked me a couple of times in a degrading tone was I sure I entered the information correctly. The other male employee working the counter stepped in to help and figured out that Brooke gave me the wrong UPS email address to send the label information to for them to print and that's why it wasn't arriving in their inbox. She was unapologetic about the whole situation and promptly reminded me I still owe the $3.65. I asked her if the 8 1/2 x 11" paper that came off the laser jet printer at the back of the store that I had to retrieve myself, which printed a giant picture of a label, was going to hold on for the shipping process. I told her I was used to seeing labels that are normal sized and adhesive and was unsure the UPS scanner gun would be able to read the enormous bar code in the photo copy. She told me that at this time it's going out that way and if I wasn't comfortable with that I could leave. Frustrated, I told her ok if she was sure that would work. The foreign Indian store owner immediately came out from the back screaming at me to get out of his store that his employees know better than me and that they are the experts, not me. He said that it is not his fault I am dumb and need to go back to school. He literally followed me to my car screaming at me in the parking lot that its my fault I can't read to see how the shipping label printing process works and maybe I should try and get an education. It was just an unnerving experience standing at my car door while the owner shouted insults at me from the front of my car before he finally went back into his store. Save yourself a headache with rude counter help and an unhinged owner hiding behind a back wall that will come out screaming to get out of his store and chase you to your car if too many questions are asked about how the shipping works.

Came to return 2 Amazon items first time here I walked in looking for the Amazon scanner a man yells he can help me I asked him about the scanner he looked so confused . I said the scanner you use to return Amazon items he said oh no we don’t have that here. I said ok. He scanned my first item I said I have another he scanned that again and said that’ll be $1.99. I said huh he said you need it to be in a plastic bag , I said yes they usually come with the scanner for free it’s a clear plastic bag , again he looked at me crazy like it was foreign. He said idk this bags cost. I paid it but super annoyed as Amazon did not require me to pay but ups. Total $2.13.

You need to bring your own tape for Amazon return boxes.... The manager sits in the back on his cell phone , while customers wait in line for 1 attendant who can't keep up with the demand. Not good management mr patel.
