Measuring small envelope is insane! Package that is supposed to take one day to arrive was sent to Dallas and all around Texas! Way to expensive! They charge for tape so be prepared to bring your own. This is no longer the same UPS shipping standards it once was.

This is my main UPS store and been in the area for years and probably go here at least twice a month. I have never had or seen a bad experience.

If I could give the store zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for the livescan machine and paid in advance, yet when I arrived, I was told that there would be no one to assist me in using the machine for at least 1.5 hours. They need to do better.

They charged me a dollar to tape a small box up for an Amazon return ( I had to bring in the box). This was a purse, and it’s not like it was a big old microwave or anything. This was the second trip made to the store because my son did me a favor yesterday and brought back stuff for returns and they told him that he’d have to have a box so I went back up there with a box with my return and they charged me a dollar for the tape I mean seriously the young man right next to me helping the next customer helped her out and taped the box for her for no charge, but I didn’t want to call this out to get him into any trouble. Guess I just did, but he knows how to give great customer service!!!
