  When I walked in, the two associates didn’t acknowledge me. Too busy talking amongst themselves. I approached the counter to return my sealed Amazon package, which was already boxed and required only a QR code scan — no extra label or packaging needed. I was then told I needed a shipping label and asked how Amazon would know where to send it if one wasn’t already attached. I was also told it had to be placed in a poly mailer. That doesn’t make sense. If a QR code is provided, the store scans it and prints the label. That’s how Amazon QR returns work. It was frustrating to be argued with over a process that is clearly outlined by Amazon. I genuinely hope future customers receive clearer communication and better assistance. Response to Owner: Per Amazon’s instructions, my package was correctly prepared. The QR code is scanned by your staff, and the label is printed at the location. That is the standard process. It's already been returned to a different location and I informed Amazon of your lack of processing and understanding. If you’re going to respond publicly, it’s important to understand the full situation rather than one side of it. I’m very familiar with Amazon’s return requirements. It was disappointing that the focus wasn’t on resolving the issue, and even more disappointing that the lack of professionalism in the store wasn’t acknowledged. Based on my experience — and the similar concerns reflected in other reviews — I believe additional staff training would be beneficial.

  I was impressed by how eager the employer was to help as soon as I walked in. Despite already assisting two customers, she came to me almost immediately. She even anticipated my needs by asking if I required stamps, which I did.

  Krinal Bhakta - yes that's spelled right - the manager of this store is ridiculously impossible to deal with. Not an ounce of respect, decency or customer service in that guy. You can only wonder why

  This has to be the most unprofessional location in the area. The manager( skinny lady, tall, with brown skin tone) just made an offensive accusation to me in front of other customers and staff. It was very rude and embarrassing. Please coach your management and employees on professionalism and doing their job. My company ships all packages according to federal regulation as they have been with UPS for over 12 years. Obviously, based on the reviews their poor customer service is consistent behavioralnp observation among many customers.
