Blonde lady at the front told me my package was too big and that I need to go to US postal and that I cannot go to another UPS store. Well I go, wait in line to get rejected from US postal because it’s a UPS Amazon package and they won’t take those. Then I go to the other UPS off Frazier just to check, and they took my box without any complaints. Extremely disappointed with the service for giving me false info and being extremely short with me. If your store cannot accommodate bigger sized boxes then state that on your front door or website it’s ridiculous to make someone carry in something heavy inside and then make them walk out with it because you don’t feel like taking it.

Notary public here is excellent. Granted there is a long line and there were only two staff working on the weekend, and one of them is the notary public then expect to wait. They are both pretty efficient though and I am very satisfied with Christy and the price for the notary is inexpensive. Thank you! UPS HEB Conroe is now my go to for notary needs.

Usually this store has great customer service, but yesterday was different. The lady at the counter was very grinchy. I hope she’s in a better mood today.
