- NGNelia GallardoJan 15, 20261.0Alert When Shipping a Package at UPS Store on 242 If you plan to ship with UPS, create your own label and shipment so you keep control of your package. I do not recommend shipping through this store. They don’t care your package and the costumers I had a very bad experience I shipped a package through this store, and it was marked as delivered to an incorrect address. When I contacted UPS, they told me need to contact to the store because the store is the owner of the package, not the customer. This means you cannot handle any information for your package directly with UPS. I tried calling the store multiple times. The phone rang repeatedly with no answer. I had to call about eight times, and they only answered on the ninth call, which caused me to lose time and created unnecessary stress. When I finally reached someone, she was told me that only the manager could help, and she cut off my call when I didn’t finish, the manager was no at the office until 11 am, but no one ever called me back or followed up. Nobody looked for the package. I called again and the employee reminded to the manager at that time :( , but didn’t tell me nothing just need to wait for UPS. the UPS store even opened a claim without consulting me or explaining the process. No UPS insurance was claim. Customer service was poor and unprofessional. So sad for this
