  I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Lauren. She handled my mailing quickly and professionally while simultaneously answering questions from her coworkers without missing a beat. Even while multitasking, she stayed calm, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. Employees like Lauren are a big reason people choose to come back. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for the excellent service she provides.

  Lauren did such an amazing job. She thoroughly assisted me in mailing my paperwork and carefully double-checked everything to ensure it was sent accurately. Despite working alone with a long line of customers, Lauren was quick, efficient, and professional. In fact, she went above and beyond to ensure my documents were delivered and returned correctly.   Customer service is a bye word for a lot of the representatives working in this position. The representative that assisted me was awesome. Her persona projected “I know I am at work, and I am ready to serve.”

  It was disappointing to arrive at the business at 2:50 PM, when both the website and the sign on the door clearly stated that closing time was 3:00 PM, only to find the doors already locked. I made the effort to arrive before the posted closing time, and I believe customers should be able to rely on the hours that are publicly advertised. Situations like this are frustrating and could easily be avoided by keeping posted hours accurate or updating them when necessary. Also watching two other customers walk-in as I'm unloading my car then the employee locks the door right behind them before closing hour.
