Mainly because they lost my package that cost upwards of $1,000 and delayed it when it was supposed to be shipped overnight because it was a animal. There was no communication until I showed up. The senior manager which did not give his name was there as well arguing likewise with Luis. I do not recommend this facility unless you want the cops called on you.

THEN they have zero ability to talk to anyone about the package. It’s horrible service and inability to get items you need is pathetic

The person who helped me was super attentive and very nice, and she gave me all the information about when the package would arrive. The place is super clean and organized. The location is a bit hidden, but easy to find with GPS. Parking was good too. Great service!
