- HHhmguyFeb 2, 20261.0Today, I tried no less than 6 times to contact the postmaster in the 75422 zip code. According to USPS records, I believe that title is bestowed upon Mr. John Freyman. Since a local phone number is no longer available, all incoming calls to any US Post Office are routed through a toll free number where the caller is subjected to a maze of prompts from an AI virtual assistant. For most tasks this probably fine. When you need to address something outside the ability of the virtual assistant, however, there is no off ramp that will allow you to speak with another human being who can address your inquiry efficiently. When asked, "Please tell me why you're calling today", does the AI accept, "I need to speak with an agent" and quickly transfer your call? No, the AI acknowledges your request to speak with someone and asks you to say why you're calling "one more time" until the caller get's frustrated and hangs up. So, USPS, you get no stars in this review. Let me know when you add and off ramp to the AI so I may speak to a human who is capable of making a Human Intelligence decision to resolve an issue outside the AI's programming.

- LCLizzet CamposMay 8, 20241.0Lady at the front desk is very rude . I had a packaged that was supposed to be delivered to my residence and said it was being held at the post office. I had no usps tracking number and the front desk lady refused to go to the back to even attempt to search for it . A few minutes later she came back to the front with my package and said I was lucky that she wanted to retrieve my package . Is that not your job ? Horrible customer service
