- MPMabry PageFeb 5, 20265.0I was helped by a lady named Wendy, she was so informative and QUICK. If you need a new passport, don’t waste your time going anywhere else! Go straight to Comfort Post Office (if you live close enough to it), and ask for Wendy. She’s typically available 11:30am-1:00pm.

Great personality and she really knows her stuff! Our entire family had a great experience. We think that it's the best Post Office that we have ever used!!! We scheduled our appointment online and received confirmation. However, the day of the appointment, my husband got tied up at work which caused us to run late for our appointment. When I contacted Wendy, she just said very politely to go ahead and get there when we could and she would let Charlie know. We arrived about 1/2 hour late, but they were so kind to us. They didn’t rush us at all and made us feel relaxed…submitted our forms and we headed back home within a short amount of time! The entire staff was friendly, polite and professional! Thank you Charlie & Wendy for your kindness to us! Your office is awesome!!!
