Come with your expectations set to basement level. Especially when dealing with Donna as other reviews have mentioned. This post office is clean and that’s the only nice thing I can say about it, it’s the employees here that make it a terrible experience EVERY time I come in. They don’t seem to want customers and don’t seem to want to actually serve for their income. Twice have been here recently, and the first time the female employee had an anti-person attitude overheard her talking down to a lady and her kid, who mailed something incorrectly and came back to the sender—really loudly she scolded her so that the entire post office couldnt help but hear her-over something so minor as the return address was written on the back of the envelope-which I’ve seen countless times in the past. Then when it was my turn, the same lady didn’t say hello, just yelled a loud “next” and proceeded to scold me for not having my item taped correctly. I was told I had to buy their overpriced packing tape just for taping on the pre-printed postage label. Used to be they would yell at you for pre taping And sealing it, now they yell at you for not taping it LOL I’ve never seen other post offices nitpick like this. Hope they finally shutter US post offices down, they are so obsolete and so many of the employees have bad attitudes. They forget their pensions come from the pockets of customers!

I think we all need to work on actively being kinder. It is incredibly disappointing to see so many people blatantly naming an individual on here so willy nilly without thinking through alternate ways to have their problems addressed outside of slandering someone behind a keyboard. This USPS location was efficient and got the job done quickly which is what matters at the end of the day.

Ms. Donna is the only reason I’m giving a 5 because she goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s at work daily. The manager at this place is terrible.

Today I had to send a prepaid envelope to my country’s consulate in Houston. I had never done it before. I had no idea how to get a prepaid envelope from the self-service machine. The treatment I received was very rude. I waited 40 minutes and no one helped me. They just kept telling me I had to do it by myself without any assistance So I went back home with out resolving this issue

Not helpful at all. Not surprised with the rating. Go somewhere else. Waste of time.
