  I've been doing business here every week for over 10 years. I have always had prompt and friendly service -- from every employee I have ever dealt with here. They get busy sometimes, like everywhere else these days. Be patient, and you will be treated with due respect and kindness. If you leave a bad review here, I imagine you are the problem. These people aren't paid enough to deal with jerks. :-)

  THERE IS NO 24HR DROP BOX AT THIS LOCATION. I don’t know why UPS website says it does! Fix this.

  Always friendly and fast. The atmosphere is good. I’ve never experienced any temperamental employees there.

  Came in with an extremely delicate and valuable package and asked for “Fragile” or “Handle with Care” labels (something every other UPS Store I’ve used does without question). Employee told me straight up they have zero Fragile stickers in the store and can’t put any on. Had to grab my box and leave – no way I’m shipping something breakable without any warning labels. If your package can break, avoid this place completely. Totally unprofessional and not equipped for basic fragile shipping. One star is generous.

  This store is so amazing. It's really clean and orderly. Fatima does a great job. This Tuesday I had to drop off a large, heavy pkg and Ceasar, a UPS driver just happened to be there and so kindly helped me get in. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for excellent customer service! Thank you...you two!❤️
