- KKKateDec 9, 20255.0Today I dropped off three boxes to be shipped for Christmas. They were already labeled. What I wasn’t aware of is you can not ship boxes covered in heavy paper by Fed Ex. Debbie was so kind and covered my boxes with shipping tape so they could be mailed. Above and beyond!!! Great customer service. Thank you Debbie for saving the day!!!
