I went to check my PO BOX today only to find my packages were put into a smart locker and USPS did not send me a code. I tried to check Amazon, USPS informed delivery, AND my email but no code. I went to ask the counter staff again but it was noon (on a Saturday) and they had locked the door already. They opened the door to let another customer out and I just wanted to ask them a question, he looked me dead in the eye and shut the door without a word as I was starting to say "I have a quick question." I had to call the USPS phone number to file an issue/complaint about this and rather than trust USPS to get their act together I decided to flag the packages as "lost" through Amazon and get a refund so I can get them reordered and sent to an Amazon Locker location instead. I am never trusting this post office to handle my Amazon deliveries again.

If you’re not waiting at your mailbox to sign for it they will just immediately leave a “sorry we missed you!” note. Would love to know which driver cant handle doing the bare minimum because i’m wondering why they have a job if I have to go pick up my package anyway EVEN if im at home ready to sign.
