Just ran in today and the guy at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. He even recommended I do something different than my original plan to make it a little cheaper. My best postal experience to date!

I’ve shipped packages here twice and on both occasions, my experience was efficient & pleasant. Most recently, the staff member that I worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was able to provide me with the information I needed. Do keep in mind, however, that you will have to go to the post office in Bryan when it comes to receiving mail, address changes, etc and in order to send international mail, you will need to go to the Harvey Mitchell or Bryan office. This location is smaller & more for sending mail than anything else. It is located very conveniently to the university and, lucky for me, I happen to live walking distance from it. I will be back soon. :)

Google needs to add the lunch closure to the hours. I checked before driving over there and saw that it closed at 4:00 pm. When I arrived, it was closed with a handwritten notice that the office is closed from 11:30 - 12:30 for lunch. Wasted my time!

They’re always kinda rude and will NOT take international packages. If you have an international package go to mail plus in the commons they will take anything you have. They also like to go on a unposted lunch break from 11:30 to 12:30. And will close on random days (especially around the school breaks) with no notice other than a note on the door so be wary of that. They will sometimes be quite busy and there’s no self service so you’ll just have to wait. It’s really quite an awful experience but if you need it, it’s here. And if you time it right, it’s a very in and out experience.
