  The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The service was fast and efficient, and they made the entire process simple and stress-free. I really appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service. I always have a positive experience at this location, which is why I highly recommend it to others

  Go here if you wanna deal with rude people and your packages getting lost. They will deny you service for no reason.

  I came in with a TikTok Shop return that clearly says “No box or label needed.” It was written in bold on the return and I even showed it to her on my phone. Every other UPS store accepts these with no issue, but this woman was disgustingly rude and flat-out refused to do it. When I told her other UPS stores take them with no problem, she smirked and said, “So go take it to them.” She refused to give me her name after I asked multiple times, so the only description I can give is that she was Indian. She ignored the instructions right in front of her, acted lazy, and treated me with complete disrespect. This woman has no business working in customer service and is an embarrassment to UPS.

  I came to ship a package all i had was the ups account number to the shipper. The man with the thick accent told me how to fill out the form since i never done this before, we filled it out while leaving the "ship to" portion blank. 5 days later that package arrived at my door step. Im disappointed that I was told it would be shipped using the ups account # but it arrived a few blocks away from the ups store, at my door step.
