  I had an amazing experience at FedEx thanks to Drake! I came in right before closing with a package I really needed to get out, and instead of turning me away, Drake went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get it shipped on time. You don’t see that kind of dedication every day—especially when the store’s about to close! Huge thanks to Drake for the great service

  The lady behind the counter was cheerful and happy to help me by locating my package, verifying who I was, and let me take my package with me after the delivery driver had come by to deliver it 2 days in a row in the morning when I have clearly told them we don’t open until 2 in the afternoon. This happens to me every time I get a delivery from fedex. The driver won’t come back at a time where my business is open, the tag number never works right, I end up calling the help line and get them to hold my package at this location. EVERY TIME. If the lady behind the counter wasn’t as helpful and cheerful this review would be very different. But it was nice to get a break from work and drive 25 min 1 way to pick up a package for a part of my register system since we can’t make sales with out this piece. The delivery driver showed up at 630 and I only had waited 10 min before she pulled up and the cheerful lady went and got my package from the driver. I don’t see why the driver can’t move my delivery spot to a different later time like I’ve requested but it’s not been taken seriously. The lady behind the counter that helped me, I hope she is there to help me when this situation happens again as I’m sure it will continue since it’s been going on for this long.

  I was sent a package from Austin Texas to Washington Texas which is only 100 MI for a 2-day delivery in FedEx put my package on an airplane send it to Memphis Tennessee then down to Houston then the college station and put it on the truck for a delivery I got three different text messages telling me my package was going to be delivered between 8:30 and 12:30 then I got another text message and said it was going to be delivered between 11:30 and 1:30 and this package needed a signature so I had people at my place to be able to sign for the package but like anyone else they have lives and jobs that they have to work too so they can only stay so long it is now 5:30 and my package still hasn't showed up yet I tried calling customer service to see if they can track the package for me by telephone and all I can get is automated phone service which is about as dumb as a box of rocks FedEx is by far the worst shipping company I have ever used in my life I will never ever ever ever send anything FedEx. I even drove to the FedEx office in College Station earlier in the day to ask about approximately what time the driver would be there they called the driver and the driver which was a female said she would be in Washington around 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Washington Texas has a population of less than 50 people it shouldn't take no 2 and 1/2 hours to make the rounds in Washington
