Other half is always mail that's not even mine or tons of people not at this address we've spoke to post master and our mail lady who runs the route. I currently have had 2 foodstamps cards never arrive they always make it to Clyde but never makes it to my home. I've also had medicaid cards for my children never arrive. Seems funny it's always stuff from health and human services that never shows up almost like someone is stealing mail at the post office if it's labeled with health and have man services.
