- CSClaudia SifuentesSep 20, 20251.0My Amazon prime packages don't get delivered because they don't deliver it to your home... instead they tag it as undeliverable and put a pink slip in your mailbox for you to pick up at the post office. They are open same times that I'm at work meaning I can get my packages until Saturday which defeats the purpose of prime and when I Saturday delivery the lady doesn't put my pink slip until like 11 and they close at 11 so I can't pick it up. So frustrating. If they didn't have the resources to keep up with the Amazon contract they shouldn't have gotten it.

Just plain lazy people working here honestly I came today 09/06/25 to send a package and instead of helping me they made me do it. In other places they help you etc and treat you like customer service do. Here not even a smile you get back. Not coming back here again.
- NBNena BJul 8, 20251.0Julio, 8, 2025 Muy déspota la señorita que me atendió, tenía cita para pasaportes, llevaba las formas y todos los papeles que piden en orden y respectivas copias, ella no se tomo la molestia de ver la aplicación y mucho menos de recisar los documentos solo me dijo que tenia que hacer otra cita en otra oficina postal porque tenia las cosas mal cuando ni siquiera quiso ver la aplicación. Si no quieren trabajar atendiendo personas que le dejen el puesto a alguien más que lo quiera hacer!
