- CSClaudia SifuentesSep 20, 20251.0My Amazon prime packages don't get delivered because they don't deliver it to your home... instead they tag it as undeliverable and put a pink slip in your mailbox for you to pick up at the post office. They are open same times that I'm at work meaning I can get my packages until Saturday which defeats the purpose of prime and when I Saturday delivery the lady doesn't put my pink slip until like 11 and they close at 11 so I can't pick it up. So frustrating. If they didn't have the resources to keep up with the Amazon contract they shouldn't have gotten it.

Just plain lazy people working here honestly I came today 09/06/25 to send a package and instead of helping me they made me do it. In other places they help you etc and treat you like customer service do. Here not even a smile you get back. Not coming back here again.

They are always so friendly and they took their time in answering all my questions about filling out an application for a passport. Best thing about it when I went there was no line! But then again it was during school and work hours. Still they are the Best!!!
