After months of headaches with this USPS location a review is needed. Avoid this city/town and especially this USPS office if you can. We considering buying a new build home but if we can’t trust the USPS Office to deliver our mail, that’s a serious problem. This office sadly goes beyond being the worst customer service USPS and makes being a resident of Clint miserable. Imagine not getting your important documents and packages because through the staffs’ own admission on multiple occasions (I’m leaving out names out of a courtesy) they “don’t HAVE to deliver” mail and packages and do so out of “courtesy” through a third party. The staff stated they don’t have USPS trucks or personnel to deliver mail and they use a contracted third party which they refused to disclose. Residents’ mail is delivered by a “third party lady” driving around in her personal truck and as other reviews have reported they won’t deliver all of your mail well within the USPS guidelines. The USPS staff admitted to us that the staff decides outside of the USPS guidelines what is delivered and what you have to physically go into the USPS office location to pick up because this USPS office does not deliver residents’ mail, a contracted third party does in random private cars. Think twice and look at the reviews before moving to this city as receiving your mail (important docs, registration, paychecks, important and essential packages, etc.) is very important and USPS doesn’t deliver your mail; an undisclosed third party does (not UPS or FedEx). Many residents have complained but nothing changes (for years). Some packages get marked as “undeliverable/attempted delivery” which are well within USPS guidelines, no true attempts of delivery made, then the mail/packages disappear at the USPS office (not sent back). This office definitely needs an audit USPS Office of Inspector General (OIG) (for fraud). Beware if you’re considering this town. There is an expensive hidden cost.

My Amazon prime packages don't get delivered because they don't deliver it to your home... instead they tag it as undeliverable and put a pink slip in your mailbox for you to pick up at the post office. They are open same times that I'm at work meaning I can get my packages until Saturday which defeats the purpose of prime and when I Saturday delivery the lady doesn't put my pink slip until like 11 and they close at 11 so I can't pick it up. So frustrating. If they didn't have the resources to keep up with the Amazon contract they shouldn't have gotten it.

Worse place to come honestly. They have no customer service whatsoever. They don’t greed you when you come in. When you go out. Just plain lazy people working here honestly I came today 09/06/25 to send a package and instead of helping me they made me do it. In other places they help you etc and treat you like customer service do. Here not even a smile you get back. Not coming back here again.
