- KMK Medina1 day ago4.0postoffice delivered a package to wrong address (non existent) my area is very rural ! after 6 days no solution had to go to post office were Ms SARA TOOK MATTERS IN HER OWN HANDS! KUDDOS MS SARAH!!!!!! - coming all the way to my mailbox community going through them all to find my 1 box!!! I am greatful

Staff used polite customer service words, but also told me its not her problem, figure it out myself, and walked away before I could ask questions. Maybe unrelated, but they were all very young, like where is the boss kinda young, the guy there running the counter was doing awesome though.
- HFHector FuentesJan 22, 20261.0On 12/6 i went to get mailbox for a house i moved into and i was told a week for me to get a call after they changed the locks.Waited until 12/26 and i finally decided to follow up with customer service. 12/29 i get a call telling me the keys are ready. I got to the mailbox unit and box given(unit 5 box 8) which does not exist. After mutiple calls and another week and a half i finally got the leys to the correct mailbox. Now we are 2 weeks in and nothing is getting delivered. For context the courier confirmed they were delivering to the first box assigned. It’s frustrating and i just need my mail.
