ZERO stars. This is place is trash with the rudest and laziest employees ever. They will not deliver packages to your house. I just paid $309.75 in shipping and they refuse to deliver my package. Some people have jobs and can't go to the post office to pick up packages that they have already paid ridiculous shipping costs for. I am starting the process now to try to hold these people accountable. Everyone in cleveland should do the same. This has to stop. If no one takes the time to complain and take it to the next level, then nothing will ever get done.

This post office is a small, older post office with all the services of a larger post office. There is little space inside, so crowding occurs frequent. Customer service is a hit or miss at this location depending on who the teller servicing you is. Today’s visit opted for a review. While I waited in line, the female teller was scolding a male customer and accusing him of stealing USPS packaging items. She continued to berate him until another postal worker stepped up and confirmed that his products were in fact his own. There was no apology to this gentlemen whatsoever. I came up to the same teller and asked to mail my envelope. She attempted to scold me after I checked off the warning verbiage on the machine stating “you have to wait until I finish reading the whole thing!” I do not have to wait for her to finish; I can read the entire warning and acknowledge. Here’s where she really shined - I inserted my credit card into the reader and three cartoon faces appeared - the “how was your visit?” rating scale. I selected the middle face “stale.” She saw my selection and huffed and started to laugh and roll her eyes. How childish of her. Truly unprofessional at best. Her glittery head band, eyelashes, and red eye shadow do nothing for her tainted personality. Do better or stay off the front line if customer service is not your strong character.

Only one of the workers is friendly to everyone. Even though she doesn't speak much Spanish, she tries to understand and communicate with people. In contrast, the young woman, if you don't speak English, hardly wants to help you. In my case, when I needed a package that was there in the post office, she couldn't help me; she just said she couldn't find it. Another woman who works in the back helped me and immediately found the package.
