Only one of the workers is friendly to everyone. Even though she doesn't speak much Spanish, she tries to understand and communicate with people. In contrast, the young woman, if you don't speak English, hardly wants to help you. In my case, when I needed a package that was there in the post office, she couldn't help me; she just said she couldn't find it. Another woman who works in the back helped me and immediately found the package.

Is this what they call delivering mail. In plum grove tx. Not putting it in the slots. Just throwing it on the ground.

They added a review button on the card reader. The same lady that has dozens of negative reviews for how rude she is (everyone knows who), pressed the button for me, giving herself a good review. Please call her out when she tries this. She's willing to put more effort into cheating the system than just being pleasant. That says a lot

**Update**@ 1512 hours on 9-23-2025, Earlier this afternoon I filed a missing mail claim with the USPS 1-800 number, then received a service number for my claim & was told I would be contacted soon. Moments later I was contacted by a Mr Kevin😍🥰 at the 1213 E Houston St., Post Office location, he was able to retrieve the missing mail/verified sender and was able to close out the claim. I received the phone call while I was driving the only thing I would have asked for additionally is confirmation of the tracking number for my future records, but at any rate Thank you Mr Kevin🤩 for restoring my hope/faith and again I appreciate your assistance 🙏 **NOTE** Never give the USPS clerks your notifications slip(s) without having first photocopied it/screenshot it because they throw those away immediately after according to Mr Kevin & once it is thrown away you have no way to track it without knowing/having proof of the tracking number, so if you hand them the notification slips and they say we can't find the other one it is lost ask for the notification slip(s) back so that you can call the 1-800 number to file a missing mail claim. Once you do that you will receive a service # which is like your receipt/proof you filed the claim. I received 2 certified letter notifications in my mailbox & this morning 9-22-2025 when I arrived here to sign to receive both letters I was only given one and told they could not "find" the other one. I asked if I should call the police because they said with finality there were no other options? I was told to step aside as another employee was notified of the situation "missing certified letter" requiring signature & they said the same thing they could not "find" the 2nd certified letter. Not once was I told that they would initiate an investigation they were absolutely nonchalant, careless & acted as if a lost certified letter requiring signature was totally normal & did not require any further dialog. I don't think I should have to feel like my only option is to file a police report for theft, seems like they are so incompetent makes me wonder if there are thieves here or are they just too lazy to perform their job description. So pathetic, I hope next time I have to go there they will have employees with the intelligence to provide the best customer service possible because this is not it. How lazy do you have to be to let a post office customer walk out the door without any thoughts to investigating/providing a 1800 number to report "a lost certified letter" to be investigated something? Anything? Well I got nothing & It's reprehensible, disgusting & foul please F.B.I investigate🙏
