The current post man this week is dropping off packages on the ground by the mailbox. This has been a recurrent issue with some of them not all. This is not appropriate or respectful for our belongings.

Spoke to the supervisor Brandy and she was extremely helpful and very polite. She is definitely an asset to the post office. And it's people like her that make the wheel spin at a place that can get crazy for the holiday times. Merry Christmas Brandy!!!

would give 0 stars if I could. these front desk people are awful, especially the pregnant lady (didn't get her name). she was extremely rude to me and my family and I had to snap back at her for talking ugly to my mother. not to mention they neverrrrr pick up the phone. if you can, go to the Burleson location, it's 100x better.
