  Had to drop off a return this morning. There were so many people walking into the store when I pulled in to park. I braced myself for a long wait in line... there was a line but Jordan and her coworkers were rocking it this morning! I was inside the store for less than 3 minutes. Great job!!

  Came in to drop off a package and the manager on site Kenny was very Rude and not very welcoming.....very disappointing. Looks like he's force to be there instead of actually liking his job.

  AWESOME EXPERIENCE TODAY...!!! "Five Star Rating" earned by entire Staff for attention to clients ariving at the Store 7728. They were very efficient and, at times, kept clients flowing when more than one client was needing assistance. SPECIAL CALL-OUT: Diane Print Specialist Extrordinare My document could not be saved, from my computer, or, emailed without alterations. Even after edits Diane completed, the document would not print correctly. Diane persevered...! Diane explained that the "interface" between her laptop and the printer was causing the issue. Diane figured out a solution using another program. I forget the name. She made the edits I needed and completed the print job successfully! When we receive EXCELLENT SERVICE, we need to recognize the efforts and professionalism. Well done UPS Store 7728 😀...!!!

  I gave this UPS Store 5 stars for two reasons. Reason #1) Whitney: This young lady is a gem! Within the short amount of time my son and I spent in the store, I was shown understanding, patience, empathy, efficiency, and the kindness of a truly proficient professional by her. She is positive and welcoming, and I have no doubt that she's a fantastic employee. Thank you, Whitney! Reason #2) Kenny: This gentleman left a very positive impression on me. His demeanor was one of calm, focus, confidence, and professionalism. In the short time which he and I spoke, he showed detailed knowledge of store policy and operational procedures, not to mention a wonderful proclivity for principled, decisive leadership and moral integrity. I hope he is in a leadership role. If not, my 22 years of leading grown men and women from countless walks of life and every hemisphere on our planet tells me he should be! Thank you, Kenny! Lastly, the store was clean, neat, and well-kept. The service I received was outstanding! I will certainly recommend and will be returning to this UPS Store location.
