    I gave this UPS Store 5 stars for two reasons. Reason #1) Whitney: This young lady is a gem! Within the short amount of time my son and I spent in the store, I was shown understanding, patience, empathy, efficiency, and the kindness of a truly proficient professional by her. She is positive and welcoming, and I have no doubt that she's a fantastic employee. Thank you, Whitney! Reason #2) Kenny: This gentleman left a very positive impression on me. His demeanor was one of calm, focus, confidence, and professionalism. In the short time which he and I spoke, he showed detailed knowledge of store policy and operational procedures, not to mention a wonderful proclivity for principled, decisive leadership and moral integrity. I hope he is in a leadership role. If not, my 22 years of leading grown men and women from countless walks of life and every hemisphere on our planet tells me he should be! Thank you, Kenny! Lastly, the store was clean, neat, and well-kept. The service I received was outstanding! I will certainly recommend and will be returning to this UPS Store location.

    I have just encountered the best customer service ever! What should have been a straightforward return to Amazon ended up being something completely different due to Amazon’s mistake and Elicia was amazing! She was so patient and kind and totally helped me figure out QR codes and emails and was instrumental in securing the proper refund! Customer service at its finest and so polite and professional. What a credit to The UPS Store !

    Kiah and Ellias are beyond helpful and kind. Kiah helped me with an extensive project that she put a lot of effort and time into. It came out exactly how I had hoped. Every time I’m there she’s greeting all the guests on a personal level, making the environment a comfortable place to be. Ellias always acknowledged the manager when he was speaking to the team, very respectful. He paid attention the detail of a project I requested to be printed and made sure it was exactly how I envisioned. They both take a ton of pride of their work and customer service. I appreciate them. The manager was also caring and connected.
