Every time I walk in, the employees seem incredibly rushed and visibly annoyed by basic questions. It’s a very unwelcoming environment . Make sure you have your packages 100% ready to go before you step through the door. Do not expect to use any of their supplies—not even a strip of tape. They are very strict about not sharing materials, and if your box isn't perfectly sealed, they’ll likely send you away or expect you to buy an entire roll of tape from the retail shelf.

Terrible service, the lady looks like she hates you already before even talking to you. They wont let you borrow tape or scissors as it were hurting there pockets now my package was received with damages, great. They need better customer service!
