My package was a water bottle that i couldn’t get out from my mailbox and don’t know how the delivery person got it in. My water bottle is metal and now it’s all scratched. To whoever dropped it off pls don’t come to my neighborhood again thanks

- DRDark Requiem5Jul 5, 20251.0Ordered a package, it was meant to be delivered on a Thursday, but it was raining that day, so the delivery person left a PINK SLIP saying sorry we missed you instead of the PACKAGE itself. There was no signature for delivery or anything. Just drop off the package and you're done. We have a porch with a roof for a reason. But the delivery person clearly didn't want to get wet for those short 5 steps. Now the pink slip says I gotta show up on Saturday to the post office from 9 to 2 to get my package. So here I am, Saturday at 11 a.m and there's NO ONE HERE. The place is closed so now I got a wait til MONDAY. Really getting tired of this back and forth rigamarole. Get your head out of your 🫏 USPS, please. Whatever happened to "Through rain, sleet, or snow!"?
