- SBStephen BryantDec 16, 20251.0Ordered something off of Amazon and I know that their shipped through USPS sometimes left a note saying that the delivery coming in was for a handicapped person that can't get to their mailbox and it needed to be put on porch Amazon relayed the message to USPS and they still put it in the mailbox so now my handicap double amputee uncle cannot get his package without me having to drive an hour away to get it out of the mailbox USPS has become lazy specifically in Chandler Texas rain snow shine cold hot that's all bull the mail person did not want to get out of their vehicle and walk up to the porch to put the package there because it was cold I'm a contractor I work outside in the cold all day long that is ridiculous it's funny how people get paid to do their job but then don't do their job Chandler Texas post office needs to get a hold of their employees and tell them to do their job instead of assuming they're doing their job

The woman behind the counter was all smiles and so friendly. There was a short line, 2 to 3 people, but she was so very nice and personable with everyone.

You can talk to the postmaster and she'll want to argue with you about it. The neighbors say the same thing. You get treated way better in Tyler from my experience.
