I’ve been using this post office for about 8 years. Like any complex organization, mistakes happen occasionally, but the staff here always goes out of their way to make things right. They’re friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about serving the community. Celina is a small town that’s growing incredibly fast, and it may be time for this location to evolve in the same way the Prosper post office did — expanding and modernizing to better keep up with the community’s growth. Overall, I truly appreciate the people here and their willingness to help when it matters.

The Celina USPS is horrible about mail going missing and being delivered to wrong boxes. The only reason they're even getting 1 star is because the supervisor has been empathic and responsive. Otherwise, if you have the option to send or receive your mail through a different carrier, I would highly recommend going that route. I have no faith that anything of importance will be delivered timely, much less at all.

Again, my package was not delivered even though I was personally contacted by Crystal today one the workers there. She told me that she would make sure it was delivered and my address was verified on there with the carrier. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS, is anybody doing their job over there? This package was returned to the sender and then sent back because of my complaint, only for them to mess it up AGAIN. I was told that my address was even WRITTEN down for the carrier so there was no confusion, and yet here we are again. I called customer service I have a dispute number and the lady personally said she ensured to tell them to call me and make sure it was delivered and follow up. Updated everything and when I got the call today I thought, finally I’ll receive my package. Only to be disappointed again, I have never experienced anything like this. Mind you I was supposed to have received this package on the 21st!!! Now it is Saturday tomorrow and it’ll be sent back AGAIN!! Because they are closed tomorrow. This is absolutely appalling!!!

I called yesterday to verify my address, and was told they would send out my package tomorrow which is today. And then I get an update saying my package is being returned to sender for insufficient address. Meaning I was lied to about them verifying the address and it being good to be sent out tomorrow. No changes were made, and now the office is closed. They didn’t even try to redeliver, just immediate action sent it back out. I am very upset, people need to do their jobs and stop ruining things for people. DO BETTER
