I came in to print a couple of things and it was my first time ever printing anything at UPS. Omg did I receive the most amazing and helpful service! Elijah went above and beyond to help me cause I’m lost when it comes to technology! Elijah was patient, kind and helped me figure everything out and then printed exactly what I needed!! He deserves a raise!

Wow! Every visit is good, but today, especially as I went in with a big box in one hand and a toddler in the other and the kind gentleman took care of helping to box it for me! I didn’t expect it; but so grateful for his kindness. They’re like my one stop shop! Been weeding things out; and they do shredding, printing, shipping, and all super helpful and easy. Thank you to this local team!!

I have been visiting this location for the past 2.5 years and it has always been my favorite store — friendly staff and quick service. However, I had a very disappointing experience today with an employee named Jack.
I came in to drop off Amazon returns and get two documents notarized. One return required a printed label, which he printed. After I paid and left, I noticed an extra $1.99 charge for the label. When I went back to ask about it, I was told they started charging for printed labels on October 1st. My concern isn’t the fee — it’s that he didn’t inform me beforehand.
When I asked politely, his response was sarcastic, and he even made comments as I walked out. I’ve never seen this kind of behavior here before.
I truly like this store and appreciate the team, but communication and respect go a long way. Please inform customers about new charges upfront and maintain a professional conversation.

Never have I felt so over looked and disrespected!!! I walked in with a question about pricing, the young man helped me by answering all of my questions and concerns. As I began to leave another question popped in my head, so I got back into the line. As Im standing in line another customer comes in, and the male employee with the dark hair addressed the customer behind me and completely overlooked me as if I wasn't in line. It was so rude of him to assume anything except I was in line as all of the other customers. Once he did address me after he helped the customer behind me, I no longer wanted his services. UPS, if this is the barrell of the bucket and your employees overlook customers to take care of others, what a shame. I will not do any business here! Would give zero stars. Horrible interaction.

Had 3 Amazon returns, they got taken care of super quick which was awesome, however I think I’ll take my returns to Whole Foods from now on. Kate, the employee who helped me looked rather dejected and couldn’t be bothered with a smile or a nice attitude. We all have some bad days, but that shouldn’t lead you to be so off putting and rude to your customer base..
