    what is the point of the bar code on usps packages these days? The tracking rarely shows acceptance or any progress until the point of delivery.

    My first visit to my local cedar park Post office since moving to the area and I came In Just before closing on a Saturday afternoon. The gang at the counter was fun and cheerful.. Thank you Wednesday for a good laugh and also to your fellow co workers.

    Today dec 17th around 5:30pm at the cedar park usps I has a very bad experience with the front desk guy he is the least friendly person I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure to meet. He had a very rude attitude from the beginning and was disrespectful towards me he didn’t want to help me do my return he was screaming at me I felt very ashamed as he was screaming at me in front of other customers and didn’t say nothing so another kind man who didn’t even work there noticed I was being mistreated and didn’t know what to do came and help me I highly encourage you guys to watch who you let be front desk at your facilities as they are the face of your company I didn’t see the name tag of the guy but he was blonde short hair and between 30 or 40 I hope you guys do something about this because that wasn’t right at all now I don’t want to visit my local USPS this guy clearly hates his job and why would you hire somebody who treats customers this way? Bad business decision

    They are robots, just doing their time, not giving a F. Had just moved, local carrier had collected the mail from the central HOA postbox and returned all to sender since we didn't collect for 15 days after just purchasing our house. "John" said they were probably lost and said it wasn't unusual for 26 pieces of mail to just not be delivered since they don't guarantee anything despite USPS notifications saying they were delivered. His sidekick just as useless. Only after escalated investigation did we find out what happened. Thanks Crystal!
