The staff, especially the ladies who work there, are consistently friendly, professional, and happy to help. Even during busy weekend hours, I’ve never seen the line longer than three or four people, and everything moves quickly. Yesterday, I stopped by around 6:30 PM to drop off a few packages, but of course my phone decided not to cooperate and wouldn’t pull up my QR code. Abbey was incredibly kind and patient while I struggled with it. She even offered to connect me to their Wi-Fi and made pleasant small talk while we sorted it out. They are open until 7pm, big bonus.

The traffic in the area was very busy so I ended up walking in the door within 3 minutes before closing time. Two very friendly young ladies greeted me very respectfully as I walked in and asked how they could help me. When I told them about my fax needs, they were so patient and helpful, and even took the time to look up the business to see if they accept faxes after business hours and when it showed that they do, they proceeded to send the fax through for me, even after it gave us a 'communication error'. Their names were Isa & Abbey and I am so grateful to them for their professionalism, courteousness, and patience. I would definitely utilize this location again if I find myself over here again. ~ R.
