- AAaeworuDec 5, 20251.0I hate to leave a band rating anywhere, but our experience today was so bad, I feel compelled to warn others. The two employees working there are sweet and nice, but the manager (owner?) needs training in customer services. She was rude to me for no reason. I was picking up a package on behalf of a friend who rented a mailbox from that store for several years. She said I was not on the authorized pick up list, and my friend would have to email them to add me. However, my friend had emailed several times already. When my friend tried to talk to her on the phone, the manager wouldnt let her finish her sentences and hung up on her! The manager also told me that Im not allowed to video record her, and I would have to delete any recording on my phone. I wasn't video recording, and I told her so. But I have to wonder, how was she going to make me delete any video if I had recorded? My friend canceled her mailbox today and will take her business elsewhere.
