    Great customer service. Jonathan and Samantha have always been nice, polite, and amazing. This was my second time visiting and they helped me use the self-service printer. They gave me a heads up that it might take a few minutes for the documents to go through. Today the printer needed to be reset, and they helped me right away from behind the counter. I was in and out super fast. Highly recommend!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I paid $10 at the self-service printer to print important documents, but the machine was cutting off the edges and not printing properly. When I asked an employee for assistance, the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was spoken to loudly in front of other customers and told I would need to pay again or leave the store, even though the issue appeared to be with the machine. The tone and manner in which I was treated felt inappropriate and concerning. Fortunately, the manager stepped in and handled the situation properly by scanning and sending my documents correctly. I appreciate that resolution. I hope management reviews how customer interactions are handled to ensure all customers are treated respectfully.

    This was just a disaster. My package should have been delivered over night, FedEx rescheduled the delivery to Friday, then promised me that it would be delivered on Saturday: I drove there it was not there. Instead of the original delivery address the decided to delivery this to another office for me to pick it up! The second time. And I paid 20 USD for this delivery. In the office it took them 20 minutes to search for the package delivered 1 hour ago! Horrible! Even UPS works better , if I could I would leave 0 stars

    James the manager is the greatest of all time. Also huuuge shoutout to the driver also named James!!!! They helped me with something that was actually potentially life changing if I didn’t get this out on time. They stayed late for me to get this figured out and were insanely helpful made my whole week! 10/5 stars. These 2 individuals need a raise!!!

    I had an extremely frustrating experience at this FedEx location, mainly due to the associate manager’s lack of professionalism and communication. I went in to ship important documents to Canada and clearly asked for an overnight shipment because they needed to arrive before the end of January. Instead of properly explaining the options, requirements, or possible issues with international document shipping, the associate manager rushed the process and did not seem interested in answering questions. There was zero effort to ensure I understood what service I was paying for. Now the package is being returned back to the U.S.. Because of this mistake and poor guidance, the documents missed a critical deadline. This situation could have been avoided if the staff had taken even a few minutes to explain the process properly. The attitude I experienced felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially considering how important these documents were. I trusted their expertise, and that trust was completely misplaced. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this store to anyone dealing with important or time-sensitive shipments.
